Beech Mountain Ski Resort in North Carolina is the highest-elevation ski resort in eastern North America, located in the town of Beech Mountain at 5,506 feet. It features 17 slopes, 8 lifts, and 95 skiable acres with terrain for all skill levels, including three green, seven blue, four black diamond, and three park trails.

There are four parking spaces in the front of the home. Parking is not allowed on the main road.

Additional Rules:

1) Primary renter must be 25 years of age or older, is required to complete a rental agreement and provide valid ID upon booking and must be staying at the property for the complete duration of the booking.

2) Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement. The card provided MUST be in the name of the primary renter. This will be placed on your card 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no issues are reported. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits. It is the responsibility of the guest to ensure the security hold is successfully held.

3) Tampering with cameras is cause of immediate eviction.

4) Chelan County vacation rental rules for Pine & Peaks are: ~Max of 8 guests of any age (daytime and nighttime guests) ~Max of 4 vehicles ~Quiet hours are observed ~Trash is maintained in trash bins provided ~No trespassing on neighboring properties, including children and pets.

5) Guests with pets will be responsible pet owners and pick up after their dogs ($250 fee if not). Please do not let dogs relieve themselves in the home or outside on the patio/deck or decorative landscaping.

6) Hot tub maintenance occurs before guests arrive/check in, and a mid-stay service will be scheduled for bookings 5+ nights. If guests refuse or turn service away, this will be an $85 charge to the guest.

7) It is understood at the time of booking that the home does not have central A/C, however, there are two portable units, and two wall-mounted units strategically placed in the sleeping areas to help provide comfort during your stay.

Check-in is simple and keyless via a digital keypad. You will receive a unique access code prior to your arrival.

The property can comfortably accommodate up to four vehicles. No street parking is allowed.

Is the property pet-friendly?

Yes, we welcome a maximum of two dogs. A pet fee applies.

Are there rules for the hot tub?

Yes. Detailed hot tub rules are sent via email to booked guests and are also posted outside near the hot tub.

Are parties allowed?

No. Parties or events are strictly not permitted, per our booking regulations.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Check-out is promptly at 10:00 AM. Please note: Late check-outs incur a fee of $50 for every 15-minute increment after 10:00 AM, which will be charged to the guest.
